Made in Japan.Rings bell and moves arm with “balloon” (these are actually Mercury glass o Irma ts that were replaced by the previous owner) when wound. Bell makes a nice sound.This has been tested and it works - although it gets stuck from time to time. Shows some wear at the bottom by his feet and trim but overall in great vintage condition.
