Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase and make every effort to accurately describe and photograph the vintage items we sell. Because vintage and antique items have been previously owned and may show age-related wear, please review all listing descriptions, measurements, photographs, and condition information carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • The item must not have been altered, repaired, damaged, cleaned, modified, or otherwise changed after delivery.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and properly packaging the item to prevent damage during return shipment.
  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and its condition has been verified.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, fit, and condition considerations, we do not accept returns on textiles, clothing, hats, or outerwear. Please carefully review measurements, photographs, descriptions, and condition information before purchasing these items.

Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges, when applicable, are non-refundable. If an item was sold with free shipping, the buyer remains responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what was described in the listing, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Vintage Item Condition

Please remember that vintage and antique merchandise is not new. Minor wear, patina, manufacturing variations, and other signs of age may be expected and are part of the character of vintage goods. We make every reasonable effort to disclose significant flaws or damage in our listings.

Return and refund requests are also subject to any applicable requirements of the marketplace or sales platform through which the purchase was made.
