Adorable hobby horse planter is made by Shawnee Pottery in Ohio, USA. This particular piece is from the 1950's. It's cream colored with a red saddle and wheels. The mane, tail and eyes are black.Dimensions: 3-1/4 inches tall on a 3-1/4 x 2-1/2 inch base. In overall good vintage condition with no chips or repairs and the glaze is shiny. There is a small hairline crack on the top edge. See last photo. There is also some soil residue from previous use present that we have not tried to remove.It would make an adorable Q-Tip holder in baby's room. Perfect for air plant or succulent.
