It has been tested and the lights in the eyes work, but he does not ring the bell.This item is in good vintage condition with no rips or stains. There are areas of discoloration to the fur trim as well as on the back of the red suit.Does not come with batteries or original box. Measures 13" tall x 7 1/4" wide to include hands.
