A whimsical felt and cardboard santa in sleigh - made in Japan - from the 1950s/60s.
Features a felt santa with closed eyes and a red nose and chenille accents on his face. Santa is sitting inside a cardboard sleigh that is flocked and accented with gold and red ribbon. There is a strand of red beans along the bottom.
Inside the sleigh are foil wrapped gifts and some chenille stem toys. Very cute for sure.

Sleigh measures approximately 8” long.
In good vintage condition. Santa does seem to slump over a bit. We have not tried to adjust - did not want to tear/crush anything and we are selling as found.
